Common Questions
Can I cancel early?
Starter is month-to-month — cancel any time with no penalty. Essential and Growth are 12-month commitments. After your commitment period ends, you can cancel or continue on a rolling monthly basis.
What's the difference between Starter and Essential?
Starter uses a pre-built template with your content and branding applied. Essential is designed from scratch, built specifically for your business — unique layout, colours, and structure. Essential also includes visitor analytics and Google Search Console.
What counts as a content update?
Changing text, opening hours, prices, contact details, or swapping photos. Content updates are included in the Growth plan. New pages, major redesigns, or e-commerce are quoted separately on all plans.
Do I own my domain?
Yes, always. Your domain belongs to you. If you already have one, we'll connect it. If you need one, we'll help you register it — you own it outright. If you ever leave, we'll point it wherever you want.
What do domains cost?
Typically £5–10 per year depending on the extension (.co.uk, .com, etc.). Billed separately from your plan — we'll tell you the exact cost before anything is registered.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Essential or Growth at any time. We'll adjust your billing from the following month and make any necessary changes to your site.
